Women's Circle
A women's circle is an opportunity to be held without judgement.
We have been born into a world that has undervalued the feminine, we are going too fast and doing too much. Prising evolvement and development over presence and connection. It is a transformative practice to celebrate in other women the over culture has deemed as too much or not enough...her beauty, her power, her emotions, her intuition, her wilderness, her yearning, her vulnerability, her sexuality.
A women's circle offers a space for connection, for listening, to share in a sacred circle is to share our hearts with compassion and mindful of one another. I love to facilitate this space where meditation practises will be offered, movement, shares, Cacao, singing and so much more. I am already witnessing shifts and beautiful connections being made amongst the women that attend the circles.
I facilitate this space in my local town in Broughty Ferry twice a month. Keep an eye on the updates coming up!!

I've been attending Alexandra's women circles for some time. Connecting with other women, sharing stories and space to hear and learn from their wisdom. United by the challenges we face in a seemingly lonely world, isolated in our minds and yet, here we have now a space to feel supported and understood, to be together and feel together. It is powerful and emotional and it has changed my life in so many ways. Alexandra is a gift and her wisdom and experiences shine through. Every detail of the circles have been thought through. Amazing uplifting experiences, women, movement and meditation. Joining these circles has been the best self-care for me, in there, I learnt to meet and love myself.

I have been lucky enough to attend several of Alexandra’s healing Circles. I jump at the opportunity to attend all of them if I can. The space she creates is always so welcoming and a feeling of safety and openness always encompasses, I liken it to a sense of coming home where I can be my authentic self. Each circle embodies different energy in keeping with the topic, which can bring up all sorts of emotions, laughter, joy and tears sometimes all at the same time. It feels deep and sacred, soothing and wise. It's hard to find the words to truly express the value of the space Alexandra creates. I recommend to anyone who is on a healing and personal growth journey, you will have a profound experience. I feel the love and an opening within my heart which continues to expand.
