Holistic-Intuitive Practitioner

I love helping people return back to wholeness, to trust their own inner knowledge through meditations, energy healing and other practises that will help you connect with your higher self and your own inner wisdom.

I worked for many years as a body worker connecting the mind, body and soul through Massage, Reflexology and Aromatherapy in various clinical and non-clinical settings. I have always been aware of subtle energies and the connection between our emotions and the responses in our physical bodies.

In the most recent years, my intuitive and psychic abilities have heightened and with training as a Theta Healer and a Medical Intuitive; I am now providing sessions online to help you navigate your subconscious mind.

I also run monthly Women's circles in my local area focusing on different topics, bringing rituals, presence, ceremonial cacao, and conscious conversations to allow women to see, feel and sense what they most need. To help 'unfreeze' those parts that have been 'frozen' through pain and stress.

My journey...

I have been intuitive for as long as I can remember.

Born in Colombia many moons ago, I grew up in a very nurturing, nomadic family. At the age of 13, we moved to Barcelona where I grew up.

This nomadic upbringing unleashed a taste for adventure and travel, and when I could I was out exploring the world.

It was when I moved to Chester at the age of 30 that I became aware of repetitive dreams where I was using my hands for healing. That was when Reiki appeared in my life.

I trained as a Reiki Master, using energy as a healing tool, connecting people’s emotions with the physical responses in their bodies. I have studied Holistic Therapies, Theta Healing, Medical Intuition and Reflexology - I find feet fascinating!

I work with people all over the world. When you understand how energy works, there are no barriers, only opportunities.

Our bodies are an open book if we allow them to be. It’s an invitation to explore our inner-being. As an empathetic listener, I can perceive, sense and feel what is going on in people’s lives by observing and listening to their bodies. I am here to witness you and bring soothing and lighter vibrations into your being so you can find inner strength and wisdom.

I am a healer, a Holistic therapist, an intuitive, a space holder, a medicine woman, a psychic and a mum of two incredible children, Luca and Mia. My daughter was born extremely premature and with Down Syndrome and her journey has been one of deep transformations and deep healings.

My children are my biggest teachers and I am truly grateful to be their mum.

I live in Dundee with my husband and 2 children. I am a doubled published author contributing to The Women Who Gathered and Women's voice is a revolution edited by Lynette Allen.

My passion for this work and my daily experiences help me continually grow as a healer, as a practitioner and as a human being. I practise regularly the art of gratitude through journalling and I connect daily with my guides. I also have a network of therapists/healers who we support one another on a regular basis.
